1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Blssing platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including donors, campaign organizers, and organization administrators. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
2Description of Service
Blssing is a faith-based micro-funding platform designed to empower communities through collective giving. Our Service enables:
- Churches, faith-based organizations, and community groups to create targeted fundraising campaigns
- Individual donors to discover and contribute to causes aligned with their values
- Transparent, real-time tracking of campaign progress and funding goals
- Organizations to manage multiple campaigns and engage with their donor communities
- Secure payment processing for one-time and recurring donations
3User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating and maintaining your account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Immediately notify Blssing of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service independently. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.
4Donations and Payments
All donations made through the Blssing platform are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By making a donation through our Service, you:
- Authorize the payment transaction for the amount you have specified
- Confirm that your donation is made voluntarily and without expectation of goods or services in return
- Understand and agree that donations are generally non-refundable once processed
- Acknowledge that platform fees and payment processing fees may be deducted as disclosed at checkout
For recurring donations, you may modify or cancel your recurring gift at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect for the next scheduled donation. Refund requests for completed transactions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5Campaign Guidelines
Organizations and individuals who create campaigns on Blssing agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about your campaign and its purpose
- Use all funds raised exclusively for the stated campaign purposes
- Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations
- Maintain transparency with donors regarding fund usage and campaign progress
- Respond to donor inquiries and concerns in a timely and respectful manner
- Provide updates on campaign milestones and completion status
Blssing reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any campaign that violates these guidelines or our community standards. We may also require additional verification for campaigns meeting certain thresholds.
6Prohibited Activities
To maintain a safe and trustworthy platform for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive campaigns or accounts
- Engaging in any activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users of the platform
- Using the Service for unauthorized commercial activities, advertising, or spam
- Distributing harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
- Attempting to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the platform
- Impersonating any person, organization, or entity
- Collecting or harvesting user information without authorization
7Intellectual Property
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Blssing, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Users retain ownership of content they submit to the platform. However, by submitting content, you grant Blssing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
8Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
9Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Blssing does not guarantee:
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- That any campaign will achieve its stated funding goal
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted content or campaign information
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- That any errors in the Service will be corrected
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blssing and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
11Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page and notify users of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
